Terms and Conditions

Please note by making a booking either online or over the phone you are agreeing to our on-site rules, terms and conditions.

We hope that by having these rules, we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

​Camping & Motorhome Site

Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be given due to adverse weather or faulty equipment, illness including covid, we advise you have your appropriate holiday insurance.

  • Full payment required upon booking for a duration of three nights or less, otherwise a 50% non refundable payment will be required, with the balance to be paid prior to, or on arrival. Failure to pay the balance will result in the booking being cancelled and the initial payment will not be refunded.
  • Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 7pm. Arrivals are between 1pm and 7pm.Pitches are available from 1pm and must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure. (If these times prove to be difficult for you please let us know.). We do not have a holding area for early arrivals.
  • Charcoal and gas barbecues only to be used. All barbecues must be on a stand to prevent scorch marks on the grass.
  • ​Children must be supervised at all times. For health and safety reasons, we ask that children do not climb on the walls and fences, play with farm machinery or enter farm buildings.
  • Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended. Allowing your dog to bark uncontrollably during the day or night will not be permitted. We reserve the right to ask the owner to remove their dog, or any other pet, from the site if it is a nuisance.
  • Dog owners must clean up after their dog.
  • For security purposes there is 24 hour cctv around the premises .We cannot be held responsible to any damage or theft to customer`s property or injury, loss of life to any persons staying on site.
  • Out of respect for others, we ask that noise is to be kept to a minimum after 22:00 hours.
  • No drones or fireworks allowed on site.
  • The charging of electrical vehicles is forbidden.
  • Any guest causing a nuisance or being irresponsible on our site will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
  • Data protection, data collected for the booking will not be disclosed to any third party.
  • Please drive slowly 5mph maximum.

​Grafog Cottage

 

  • Non refundable 25% deposit of the holiday cost required upon booking. The balance to be  be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If balance not received by the due date the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the client will remain liable to pay the balance.
  • Cancellations must be notified in writing.
  • We strongly advise taking adequate travel insurance.
  • Bookings cannot be accepted by persons under the age of 18yrs.
  • Only those listed on the booking can occupy the property.
  • Any issues to be reported directly to owners and we will endeavour to put matters right. Any complaints not reported to us at the time and reported after the client has returned from holiday will not be considered.
  • The property is privately owned, we expect guests to enjoy the facilities  and treat with respect.
  • Paying by instalments is welcome
